Ground Swell in Iowa
The most notable thing about the caucuses was the turnout. We republicans in CR precinct 30 were double the expected numbers and that is pretty typical from our county as a whole. As a follow up to that, our central committee meeting on Tuesday the 8th overwhelmed the facilities and we had to expand into an adjoining room. And the party faithful are putting their money and enthusiasm behind their feet. Volunteers freely pledged their time and money to make a difference.
